New Tutor Training at Leeds – 24th September 2018

Will your maths support centre be employing new tutors in the coming year? For example, postgrad students or academic staff who are new to the practice of mathematics and statistics support in HE?

The sigma Network is offering a FREE one-day training workshop for new maths and statistics support tutors on Monday 24th September 2018, at the University of Leeds.

13.30   Principles of maths support. Dos and Don’ts

15.30   Resources for maths support.
16.00   Reflection. Q&A. Professional development and the sigma Network.
16.30   Depart.
