DESCRIPTION:The sigma Network in South West England and South Wales is offering a FREE training day for people new to tutoring in maths support centres\, on Thursday 6th October 2016 at Cardiff University. \nWhile aimed primarily at postgrad students\, who are often deployed as maths support tutors\, the day is equally relevant for anyone who is starting out in a mathematics or statistics support role in higher education. \nThis training is based on a well-established package developed by sigma and successfully delivered many times in recent years.
