SUMMARY:Measuring the impact of Mathematics Support
DESCRIPTION:There will be a free sigma Network workshop on “Measuring the impact of Mathematics Support” at Cardiff University on Tuesday 17th April  2018\, 10:30am – 4:00pm.  \nMeasuring the effectiveness of learning and teaching is known to be challenging at all levels of education. However\, evidencing the “impact” of activities in Higher Education continues to be given increasing focus and importance. This workshop will provide opportunity to explore what is meant by impact in the context of Mathematics Support and what approaches can be taken to meaningfully support the future development of such services.
